Project Description
Shneee aims to help manage Software Development, with a big aim to processes and management of which versions of which applications are deployed to clients, show which applications are due an upgrade, development roadmaps and scheduled upgrades.
Why?
The idea behind Shnee is to aid the software development processes experienced by myself and my team.
The first idea started from the fact that we manage several client websites and each client uses around 50 separate applications. Not all the app versions are synchronized (dependent on needs and testing). This is a management nightmare.
Therefore Shneee is a solution that will allow easy visibility of what versions are deployed, which applications require upgrades and allow scheduling and assigning of these upgrades,
This then extended to support process "To Do" lists that can be filled in for a particular applications development, so as to make sure steps aren't missed with releases/testing/QA etc.
